30-Day Return Policy

At Balanced Home Apothecary, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please make sure to adhere to the following guidelines:

Item Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. It should also be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.

Initiating the Return: To initiate the return process, please contact our customer support team at urtonco@gmail.com. Our team will guide you through the return procedure.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely. 

Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return policy conditions. If the item passes the inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software or digital products
    • Personalized or custom-made items

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including the return shipping costs, if applicable.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the exchange process, subject to availability.

Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.

Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. We also reserve the right to update or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect returns that were initiated before the policy update.
